Officers
Herald Master of Arms
The operations of the College are led by the Herald Master of Arms of the Royal House of Georgia. The position has been held since August 2023, by H.E. Emanuel Kingsley, 1st Viscount Kingsley of Fort George.
Kingsley holds Master's Degrees from Columbia University and the City University of New York and a Bachelor's Degree from Parsons School of Design. He is a Notary Public commissioned in New York State.
Passionate about heraldry, Kingsley was granted arms by Her Majesty's College of Arms (London) in 2022. For his services to the Royal House of Georgia, Crown Prince Davit bestowed upon him the hereditary title of Viscount Kingsley of Fort George. Kingsley is an avid collector and the founder of the Kingsley Collection.

Deputy Herald Master of Arms
Second in command of the daily operations of the College is Seán Brazeau, Deputy Herald Master of Arms of the Royal House of Georgia.
A heraldist by passion, Brazeau has the honor of being a Knight of the Order of the Eagle of Georgia and is a contributor to the US & Canadian delegations of the Royal House of Georgia.
External to his involvement with the RHG, he is a member of the board of directors (National) & branch vice president (Ottawa Valley) for the Royal Heraldry Society of Canada among other roles. He has the privilege to be an armiger through a grant of arms from the Canadian Heraldic Authority in January 2022.

Honorary Herald Painter
A preeminent heraldic and illuminated manuscript artist, Tania Crossingham was appointed Honorary Herald Painter to the Royal House of Georgia in 2023.
Originally from Australia and now based in Finland, Tania is a master of medieval illuminations, heraldic art, and visionary art. Her work fuses medieval elements and contemporary spirituality, acting "as a conduit for the divine within us."
Crossingham has produced awe-inspiring works for armigers, knights, and titled nobles of the Royal House of Georgia, including illuminated Letters Patent, emblazonments of armorial achievements, and an array of accessory heraldic applications and illustrations. She is singlehandedly constructing a veritable manuscript corpus of the records of those honored by the Bagrationi dynasty, all while evolving its distinct visual style. Many of her works, through her courtesy, can be seen throughout this website.
A generous contributor of pro-bono illustrations to the Royal House, Crossingham adeptly produces exquisite designs infused with ancient Georgian motifs. She is available for commissions via her website.
In Memoriam
Dr. José María de Montells y Galán (b. Madrid, 1949) Viscount of Portadei, excelled as a poet, editor, and heraldry enthusiast. Holding degrees in History, Business Sciences, and a Diploma in Heraldry, he notably served as Herald Master of Arms of the Royal House of Georgia, which he led with great passion, achieving impressive results. He was also Heraldic Judge for the Order of Saint Lazarus of Jerusalem, and Chief Herald for the Truncal House of Soria's Twelve Lineages. Founder of the Heraldic College of Spain and the Indies, he led prestigious publications, affiliating with global institutions and receiving awards, including military honors, reflecting his impactful role in heraldry and chivalry. Widely respected and admired, Viscount Portadei passed away in 2019.
